Sparkfinder Talent was founded by individuals with a love of Early Careers Recruitment. Identyfing potential alongside experience is very different to recruitment at a more senior level.
We support many businesses on the search for their next Apprentice, Intern or Graduate and only work with organisations who value diversity and ambition and who provide superb onboarding and training for their junior staff.
Chris White
Chris has been working in recruitment for over a decade, primarily in the early careers space. With a mix of agency, internal, and RPO experience, he prides himself on truly understanding businesses through thorough research and building strong relationships with hiring managers. He has successfully found early careers roles for over 500 candidates and has a passion for working with those looking to take their first professional step.
